We recommend getting a winterization service add-on every couple years, especially for commuters or for bikes that are stored outside. Even in mild winters, metal still wants to corrode, don't give it a chance!
Service Appointments
Booking an appointment is the best way to get your bicycle serviced with our experienced team of mechanics!
Not sure which tune up is right for your bike? No problem! Just book whichever service package sounds good to you. Simply drop the bike off at the appointment time and we’ll follow up with an assessment tailored to the specific needs of your bike/trike. We’ll provide our recommendations for safety, performance, and overall maintenance - as well as any specific requests like accessory installation, component upgrades, etc. Following your approval, we’ll start the work and have it ready for pickup later that day. On rare occasions, an especially large repair may take longer, but most jobs are completed and ready for pickup before closing time. Flat tires do not need an appointment, drop by during opening hours and we’ll take your bike in for repair.
Sales Appointments
You can also book a sales appointment for a test ride, or just to speak with our extremely knowledgeable sales team! These appointments can range from answering your specific questions regarding things like locks, visibility, safety, apparel and travelling via bike, to things like taking our floor bikes out for a test ride in order to find the perfect one for you. Let us know what you're interested in learning more about, and we'll make time to focus on you and your needs!
