Designed by Bassi in Montreal, the Hog's Back frame is the core of an exciting and versatile gravel/adventure bike, perfect for the rail-trails, bikepacking, or even riding in the city!  Triple-butted steel tubing creates a strong yet lightweight frame that provides unparalleled ride quality.  Urbane has combined this with Shimano's CUES 1x11 drivetrain, a WTB/Formula wheelset, hydraulic disc brakes, and the Bassi Bobby Bar.

This is a tall frame with an aggressive geometry and ample bottom bracket clearance, but substantial enough trail to provide stability off the pavement.  However, when choosing a Hog's Back, you may want to go a size down from the frame size you would normally select.

Bassi's design also provides generous clearance in the fork and rear stays, with plenty of room to run fenders or a fatter tire.  Multiple mounting bosses can accommodate racks, cages, bikepacking gear, or the Bassi leather frame strap!
