WHY CYCLE DELIVERIES?
Using bikes for local deliveries is incredibly fast - and eco friendly! Backed up by a fleet of Bullit and Tern cargo bikes, Send It can transport even the bulkiest items you need directly from Urbane to your home or workplace with no problem.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Send It delivery is broken down into two areas, Zone 1 and Zone 2, based on your geographical location within Toronto. The prices are as follows:

Orders processed before 12:00pm can generally be delivered within the same day, or by the next business day. Orders sent via Send It can also be delivered to you within a specific time frame which you set. Delivery is available between 8:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M Monday to Friday.
HOW DO I GET MY DELIVERY BY SEND IT?
Use the map or Postal Code Checker below to find your zone. When you’re ready to check out here, use the drop down to select Send It from the shipping list.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
On the same screen that you select your delivery option there is a 'Comments' box on the right. Use this to enter in any pertinent delivery information. Information that will make your delivery quicker and smoother includes things such as:
- Permission to slip
- Buzzer Codes
- Any other pertinent delivery information
