The tenth RAR Guiding Principle is making space and stepping back ~ make intentional space for Black, Indigenous, people of color, and trans people. We hope this can be a reminder to continue to create intentional space while recognizing that it is important to step back as well. These ten guiding principles are designed to help facilitate safer spaces for learning and exploration with care, respect, and intention.
