Velo Orange Bottle Cage Mount
$6.00
These are used to hold water bottle cages on bikes without braze-ons. They work best with cages that have an elongated mounting area and only on non-oversized frame tubes. They will not work on cages with short mounting tabs, like Nitto cages, but you can use them with VO bottle cages, it's just not a perfect fit.
Velo Orange Spacer Bell Mount
$9.25
From the Velo Orange Website: "One of the characteristics of fine bikes is a lack of stuff clamped on all over. There are brazed-on fittings or integrated mounts for everything required. I often take a busy bike path out of town on my rides, so I decided to mount a bell on my new bike to warn pedestrians and slower riders. Of course, I chose one of our lovely brass bells. But how to mount one without a clamp? The French constructeurs tapped the bike's stem and screwed in the bell. I wasn't willing to do that, so my solution was to make a headset spacer mount that the bell screws into. Works with Temple bells or Japanese bells. Hardware is included, but bell is not. The spacer bell mount is 10mm thick. Note: if you have an older bike with little room under the headset nut, then get a Retro Mount instead."

$16.00

Velo Orange Wheel Stabilizer
$16.00
Common on European utility bikes, front wheel stabilizers make loading front racks simpler. They are a spring connecting the fork to the down tube. They add a subtle self centering action to the front wheel, making loading and unloading of a bike with a basket, or say....our Porteur rack....much easier. You don't fight the bike while putting stuff in it. The front of the bike stays put. The spring offers some resistance to steering, so it counteracts deflections from hitting potholes and road debris, too. It's pretty universal - any bike with a down tube of 1-1/4" (31.8mm) or smaller can be fitted. It connects to the fork via the brake pivot hole. The hole diameter is made for nutted calipers or a M6 bolt. For recessed mount calipers, minor modification with a drill or a file is necessary. You can also use Sheldon's Fender Nuts to allow the wheel stabilzer to be attached to recessed fitting if you don't want to drill or file it. The wheel stabilizer is rust resistant, includes all the required brackets and hardware, and has a pinch guard to cover the torsion spring. The little knob adjusts the spring tension.
Velo Orange City Bike Brake Levers
$22.00 - $65.00
Many people have asked us where they can get old fashioned city bike levers, the type that CLB, and Mafac, and a dozen other companies used to make. They particularly wanted them in a size that would fit bars made from road bar tubing, 23.8mm. Our super popular Montmarte, and Left Bank bars, for example, are made with 23.8mm tubing so they can fit bar end shifters. This type of lever is still made, but mostly in low-quality models for kids bikes and third-world markets. Most are heavy steel and have rust-prone zinc-plated mounting bands. Many are also too small for big western hands. We found what's probably the best model still made. They actually come from Taiwan, not China. They are all alloy with good quality castings with a nice shiny finish. The manufacturer made them for us with a stainless steel clamp, which we think is a big improvement. These levers work with caliper or cantilever brakes, but not V-brakes. But best of all they are available in both MTB (22.2mm) and road bar (23.8mm) sizes. So you won't have to scour E-bay or the back rooms of old bike shops looking for vintage levers. And these levers now include button type cable housing ends. Per pair.
Velo Orange Alloy Chainguard
$42.00 - $44.00
The polished aluminum chainguard mounts to the bottom bracket and to either the seat stay or chain stay. The finish is polished non-anodized. Overall length is 40cm from center of BB to tip. It will not work with a front derailleur.
Velo Orange Milan Handlebar
$46.00
We call this the Milan bar because it's a great bar for converting old Italian racing frames with a short top tube. Actually it's great for converting any frame with a short top tube into a city bike. Folks who like a more aggressive position on a city bike will like it too. The width is about 57cm; reach is 11cm; there is around 25mm (one inch) of rise; the grips sweep back about 35-degrees; the bulge is 25.4mm; and the grip area is about 17cm long. The material is polished aluminum alloy. Milan bars work with regular MTB (22.2mm) grips, brakes, shifters, etc, but not inverse levers or bar-ends.
Velo Orange Threadless Stem
$52.00 - $60.00
A simple all-silver polished threadless stem, it's reversible, light, minimalist, has a lovely silver finish, and a four-bolt face plate. VO stems are light, 140gms for a 100mm stem, due to very high quality cold forged construction. Some carbon stems on the market weigh more than that!
Velo Orange Left Bank Handlebars
$56.00
We went a bit wild with the Left Bank handlebar's design. It is a full 49cm wide, 7cm wider than a traditional French bar, but still narrower that many British/American-style bars. The grips flare outward a bit to appeal to the less restrained cyclist. Given its radical nature it can only be named the Left Bank handlebar, after that section of Paris, the Latin Quarter on the left bank of the Seine, that was historically populated by students and leftist philosophers. The stem clamp diameter is 25.4mm and are bulged, rather than sleeved, so they will not squeak. Polished alloy. Reach is about 18cm. These bars are available in two tubing diameters, 23.8mm road sized and 22.2mm mountain-bike- sized (clamp area is 25.4mm on both): 22.2mm (MTB-size) bars accept MTB brake levers and clamp-on shifters. They do not work with bar-end shifters. The only inverse levers that work are Dia Compe levers in the 22.2mm size. 23.8mm (road-size) bars accept standard inverse brake levers, standard bar-end shifters, and 23.8mm city brake levers. In short, anything made for road bars fits. They do not accept MTB levers or shifters.
Velo Orange Postino Handlebar
$56.00
Chris has owned a much-loved ancient Italian city bike handlebar for many years. It's a little like our Milan bar, but with zero rise. We've long wanted a similar bar, but with slightly longer grips. It's finally here and called the Postino bar after a wonderful Italian film. The Postino bar is ideal for those who like a slightly forward position and those who like to ride fast. Like the Milan bar it's ideal for converting old racing bikes for urban use. 22.2mm diameter accepts standard mountain bike and city bike controls. 57cm wide, zero rise. 25.4mm stem clamp area.
Velo Orange Tourist Handlebar
$56.00
Velo Orange's Tourist bar is a "North Road" style bar rendered in polished aluminum alloy. It's similar to the bars used on many classic British roadsters. The clamp area is 25.4mm in diameter. The width is 570mm and the reach is 180mm; it has about 70mm of rise. They sweep back about 60-degrees, and the grip area is about 160mm long. The Tourist accepts regular MTB (22.2mm) grips, brakes, and shifters, but not inverse levers or bar-end shifters.

Velo Orange Granola Bar
$88.00
The Granola Bar is Velo Orange's take on a traditional city and touring bar while retaining elegant lines and curves that is often lost in many of today's modern offerings. Width is a cool 650mm and rise is generous at 30mm. With 60 degrees worth of sweep, you'll have a fairly upright position with a ton of control. At 180mm in length, the grip area is more than enough for modern sized grips, brake levers, and shifters. The clamp diameter is 31.8mm and the grip diameter is 22.2mm. Width: 650mm Sweep: 60° Grip area: 180mm Rise/drop: 30mm Stem clamp diameter: 31.8mm Grip diameter: 22.2mm Weight: 294g
Velo Orange Grand Cru Chris's Rando Handlebar
$90.00
This is the bar that Chris always wanted. After riding with several different French, American, and Japanese rando bars, he designed this bar to his ideal. It has substantial flare for a wide stance in the drops. The bend is round and open, as on our course bar. The area behind the hoods is long and flat for extra comfort. The drops are long so you can slide you hands well back. The Grand Cru crest appears on each side of the clamp area. The center section is highly polished. The area under the bar tape has a "bead blasted" finish. This is a great bar for touring, riding off-pavement, and tandems. The Rando bar has a medium drop, 130mm. The reach (measured from the stem clamp forward) is about 120mm. Available in 42, 44, 46, and 48cm center-to-center at the ends; there 60mm of flare.
Velo Orange Grand Cru Seat Post, Long Setback 27.2
$90.00
These silver two bolt seat posts have a generous 30.2mm of setback, among the longest ever. This is very important for those who ride Brooks saddles which have very little fore-and-aft adjustment due to the short rails. The VO posts are internally ovalized to reduce weight to 254gms. The adjustment is from the bottom and the two bolt design makes it easy to precisely adjust the seat angle. Also note that the head is integral with the post, not pressed on as on many modern posts. This makes them stronger and lighter. 27.2mm only x 300mm. Maximum height (above the min. insert line) is about 23cm.
Velo Orange Grand Cru Seatpost
$90.00
The Velo Orange Grand Cru seatpost is made from one piece of aluminum, internally ovalized to trim weight. The Grand Cru seatpost’s head is integral with the post – not pressed on – for great strength and weight savings. 0mm Setback: Zero-setback/offset posts are commonly used on mountain bikes and by some bikepackers. The Grand Cru zero setback post uses a one-bolt, ergonomic side-adjustment mechanism for both saddle rail clamping and fore-aft adjustment. 30.2mm Setback: For riders who prefer the comfort of leather saddles but have found proper saddle placement difficult due the short rails on leather saddles Velo Orange offers the Grand Cru Long Setback with an ample 30.2mm of setback. This model uses a two-bolt design.

Velo Orange Grand Cru Sabot Pedal
$135.00
This style of pedal is great for urban riding. But we see other uses, too. There are 12 replaceable traction pins on each side of the pedal to offer great grip even when wet. We include rounded pins with the pedals so as not to damage street shoes, but they are easily replaced with more aggressive sharp pins. Extra pins and wrench are included.
Velo Orange Polyvalent Low Kicker Frameset - Metallic Sage
$1,099.00
The Polyvalent is Velo Orange’s “do-it-all” frameset. It is the ideal platform to build a sturdy tourer, practical commuter, comfortable all-day randonneur, or a rugged gravel bike. Tire clearance is generous. With fenders: 650b x 48 or 26 x 2.3” (smooth). Forgoing fenders, the Polyvalent can gobble up 650b x 2.1” or 26x2.3 (knobby). The graceful, swoopy top tube is what we call a Low-Kicker. While especially useful for easily mounting and dismounting with a loaded bike, the lowered top tube also makes the frequent getting on and off the saddle in urban environments more comfortable. Lastly, for those that have limited flexibility, it allows the rider to have a super practical and beautiful bike with modern touches and clearances - something that was, until now, significantly lacking. There are star reinforcements on nearly every braze-on on the frame and fork. The rear brake routing is internal and features super easy installation via a brazed in tube - no more fishing for the housing. The paint is a brilliant Metallic Sage. The rear end of the bike features dedicated rack and fender mounts. The fork has an elegant French-style bend that features braze-ons for a multitude of mounting options including: Rando-style front racks, side-mounted cargo cages, and low-rider pannier racks. Of course, it wouldn't be a Velo Orange frame without proper fender mounts that face the tire to create a perfect fender installation every time. Here are the specs: - Frameset material: 4130 double butted chromoly steel - Fork: 1 1/8" threadless, 4130 chromoly steel with elegant bend - Wheel Size: 650B or 26" - Tire Clearance: 650B x 48mm, 26 x 2.3" (either with fenders) / 650b x 2.1 or 26 x 2.3 knobby - Rear Spacing: 12 x 142mm, thru-axle with replaceable hanger - Fork Spacing: 12 x 100mm, thru-axle - BB: English threaded 68mm - Brakes: IS mount disc - Seatpost: 27.2mm - Front Derailleur Size: 28.6mm - Water bottle mounts: Triple on top of downtube, one set on underside of downtube - Fender bosses: seat stay bridge, chainstay bridge, under fork crown - Frame Eyelets: Double eyelets on rear dropouts for racks and fenders.
