Urbane is proud to offer our new Spin Classes! Improve your cycling skills and fitness this winter with sessions oriented to enhance real on-the-road situations and prepare you for the hills, tours and long roads ahead. Urbane Spin is suitable for ALL LEVELS of riders. Regardless of your experience or level, our instructor, Laura Dosky, will help you grow and meet your real life riding goals.
Classes 6:15 PM - Monday Strength / Thursday Cardio
Strength: This class will teach you to strengthen a variety of muscular zones on your bike in consistent outputs and focus. Take the strength you've learned from these classes and apply it to the real world.
Give your lungs a work out! When you're hauling gear on your next bike tour or sprinting up that hill on race-day, you'll be able to pat yourself on the back for taking this class all winter.
What You Need For Class!
Trainer Tires are a must. Please come ahead of time to the shop to purchase a trainer tire. You can install these at home or ask a friendly mechanic!
Bring your bike! Options are available to use at the shop - FIRST COME FIRST SERVED
Adapter for Thru-axle rear wheel or Internal Gear Hub. Please contact our Parts department ahead of time to make sure your bike has what it needs to go!
Cycling Computers are a great way to increase your performance and track your training!
