Sugoi RS Shorts

Sugoi's RS Shorts more than deliver thanks to their contoured, 10-panel construction. Sugoi's Ultra-Aero knit fabric keeps you dry and has a dimpled surface that reduces friction and maximizes aerodynamics to speed you on your way. You'll love the phenomenal ergonomic support of the Formula FX chamois that's just the ticket for your next century. And, flatlock seams ensure a comfortable ride, even when you’re logging record miles.

    Comments:

I have bought about 5 pairs so far. They last one season but by the end of the season the fabric, where it contacts the seat, where the chamois pad is sewn, deteriorates and wears thru. But I can't stop replacing them because they are too comfortable!

      Comments:

Loved the shorts when i first got them. I felt I could ride forever and never got overheated. Also gave great support on rough trails. On my last ride I found a tear and I have not fallen so I am not sure where it came from. Love the shorts but too delicate for me.

        Comments:

To be fair I've tried 4 different shorts as I've stared cycling so there is much I don't know. I can say that I won't be trying ANY other shorts these are the best by far. My fatigue level in my legs wearing these shorts is about %40 less than any of the other shorts I've tried (all in this price range). In addition I had a wipe out 2 weeks ago on a 60 mile ride, road rash from shoulder to toe including a huge area on my hip that bled through the shorts. Not a single torn thread, nor any other sign of wear on these shorts. My jersey on the other hand was shreded. I feel like these shorts protected my hip from being much worse than it was.

            Comments:

The material catches on the seat and shreds. It is simply too lightweight to be effective in mountain bike situations when you need to shift in the saddle. I go so far as to say that the product is defective.
